The Blue Barn Theatre is presenting MAN FROM NEBRASKA.  The curtain goes up at 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday.  The Blue Barn Theatre is located at 614 S. 11th Street. 


Omaha Performing Arts will present Hal Holbrook in MARK TWAIN TONIGHT! on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. in the Orpheum Theatre.  Throughout his career, Holbrook has continued to perform the show every year, constantly changing his material to fit the times.  Familiar with more than 16 hours of Twain material, Holbrook chooses the program for each performance as he goes along. 


The 13th Annual YOUNG PLAYWRIGHTS FESTIVAL takes place at the Rose Theatre on Saturday.  This festival showcases work by some of the best teenage writers in the Omaha area.  Written entirely by teens, these works are filled with comedy, tragedy, hopes, fears, romance and revenge.  The curtain goes up at 4:30 on Saturday in the Rose’s Hitchcock Theater.  The Rose is located at 2001 Farnam Street. 


The Shelterbelt Theatre and Reannin Theatre Group are presenting ACROBAT.  The curtain goes up at 8:00 p.m. today and Saturday and at 6:00 on Sunday.  The Shelterbelt Theatre is located at 3225 California Street. 


The Rose Theater is presenting the world premiere production of HORRIBLE HARRY, through May 18th.  In addition to HARRY’S mischievous shenanigans, the audience will experience a clever rendition of a Thanksgiving play and class field trip to the aquarium.  Show times are 7:00 p.m. on Fridays and 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.  The Rose Theater is located at 2001 Farnam Street.
